When can I have my newborns photo's taken at the hospital?

Photo's are usually conducted during the week days of every week. One of our professional photographers will visit you by your bedside during your stay.

How long will the shoot take?

This will vary depending on package choice, usually 1hr - 2hrs. If children are not having a great day, we can easily reappoint.

Do I need to book my session in advance?

No, you can have them done on the spot.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, the studio is open by appointment only. Use our contact form or call us anytime to schedule a suitable time.

How long does the session take?

The session can vary between 10 mins to 1/2hr depending on baby and how settled they maybe.

Can I select my images?

Certainly, images can be selected according to your preference. This is usually done within 10 business days. A post booking will be organised on the day

What does my baby need to wear?

Baby can either wear clothes or have skin shot, whichever Mum and Dad prefer.

When will my pictures be ready?

Packages are delivered to your nominated deleivery address. Or can be picked up from the studio. We estimate approximately 21 business days turnaround time. However custom orders may take longer.

Can siblings, Mum and Dad be in the photo at the hospital?

Yes they sure can, we have designed back drops to suit this occasion.If you are keen on this, it might be best to arrange a time with the photographer, to ensure you are all available, or you can arrange a home session or studio.

What are my Payment Options?

We gladly accept Cash, Eftpos & most Credit cards.

* Full Payments are taken on the day of photo shoot, booking deposit is required prior.

What should I/we wear on the day?

Feel free to wear what you love, we recommend, jeans, plain tops, preferably matching and co ordinating the family helps to finish a polished photo. Keep away from patterns or writing on tops/dresses as this can take away from your beautiful faces. Feel free to contact one of staff for advice on how to get the look you want. We will endeavour to achieve the best results.
